Though the handset presently appears only on the LG Brazil website, it would soon be launched in Europe. It has an elegant appearance with all the basic features. Highly affordable, the phone is going to be a hit in emerging markets and among the young users. It looks like a promising step for LG to conquer emerging markets with basic devices.

The specifications of the handset include a TFT display with 65K colors. Tri band GSM/GPRS connectivity. It has a VGA camera, FM radio and weighs up to 80 gm. The clamshell is expected to come in two colors namely red and black. The mobile phone is not limited to the Brazilian market alone. It would be targeted in the European market too and Russians would be among the first to lay their hands on this stylish handset
